We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on your location).
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available in select cities at an additional charge).
Please note that delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate or weight-based charges may apply (calculated at checkout).
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above a certain amount (as per promotions).
- Express Shipping: Additional charges apply for urgent deliveries.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS so you can track your package in real time.
6. Undelivered or Lost Packages
- If a package is lost in transit, please contact us at opalglow3@gmail.com with your order details.
- If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please email us at opalglow3@gmail.com within 24 hours with photos of the package and products for quick resolution.
8. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
